St. Michael’s Church & School
Church Addition & Remodeling
St. Michael’s parish wanted to create an environment
for fellowship before and after mass.
The addition of a gathering space fulfilled
this vision. A 3,000 sq. ft. gathering space
along with a coatroom, toilet facilities and a
brides room were added to the church. The
design challenge for the new addition was to
provide the needed space without detracting
from the original church. The new drive-up
canopy provides out-of-the-weather space for
drop-off and pick-up before and after mass as
well as weddings and funerals.
